this morn woke up, slight bus=zzing in ears, behind my ears/nose feels blocked / stuffy.

any home remedies. hate running to doctors

Doesn't sound like an ear infection to me, more of a blocked Eustachian tube. Go to the chemist and buy an Otrivine Nasal spray or Vicks Nasal spray or any nasal decongestant spray and use that every four hours.......that should settle it.
