Does anyone know of any suitable time clock that I could purchase that I can set up to sound an alarm when my elderly mother is due to take her medication? She has mild Alzheimer's and currently has her tablets inside an alarmed device, but the tablets are generally too large, or the wrong shape, to be released by the machine when the alarm goes off, and consequently she keeps upsetting the timer on the device trying to get the tablets out. I'm thinking just a simple alarm that can be pre-timed to beep 4 times in a day so she can be reminded to take her tablets from their original packaging. Thanks in advance.

Why not get her an alarm watch?

You can buy "talking alarm clocks", which are intended for the blind, but would suit your purpose. But I don't know if you can program them for four times a day. Google "talking alarm clocks".
Would this be suitable?
