Well, to answer your question, yes he should. But he was charged with failure to comply with various prohibition orders and I for one have no idea what the penalty is for those. I wonder if any of our resident legal team knows.

But back to your original question. I don't know how these fines are worked out - but my gut feeling is that it should 'hurt'. I doubt very much that he was getting anywhere near £6,000 a month.
