I've tried them on flights. They're actually quite nice, not sure if they calmed me down any or if I imagined it but didn't do me any harm.

I've tried the drops and the spray but not the pastilles.
As with 2sp I don't think they made any difference, but they certainly did no harm and I think doing something is often better than doing nothing, even if there is not much evidence for it.
