Yes tezmand I do know how I got this horrid thing. I took my dog for a walk one lovely spring day wearing those flimsy shoes that are canvas on top and a thin rubber sole and I stood on a stone the size of a pea. It hurt a little at the time but then as time went on it really started to hurt and as we were going on a walking holiday to the Lakes I went to the Dr's who suggested an injection right into the centre of the pain. I have never and will never have another one of them. It was the slowest injection I have ever had and the pain oh boy, but it only lasted 5 weeks if that. I suffered 4 years or a little longer with it and I tried everything, Physio, having insoles made for my shoes, heel protectors made, injection, strapping it up so as it would not move, pain killers and the bracelet was a case of I have done everything I might as well try this and it worked and I have never had any more trouble since so I swear by my bracelet. Really hope this works for you. Fingers crossed.

latest news is im still in pain with my foot unfortunatly magnets havent worked for me i did think at beginning that it didnt seem as painful but think it was wishful thinking as now im just as bad looks like im stuck with plantar facilitis and heel spur unless i have op , really painful especially down side of foot
So sorry it hasn't worked for you. I can only suggest that you wear shoes like sport trainers that cushion your foot and have an arch support but stay away from sandals and shoes with a heel and try using ice packs throughout the day to help reduce the inflammation. Good luck and keep me posted.
