My Left Hallux Is Throbbing...

The garden was starting to get very overgrown so I decided to do something about it. I bought a strimmer and after using it my wrists were painful and my right hand trembled for 20 minutes or more.
After allowing myself a couple of days to recover I got the lawn mower out of the shed and had a go at the long grass. In the process I've aggravated an old back injury. My left foot is throbbing and the big toe feels as I imagine a bad case of gout might.
How much would it cost to pay someone to cut the grass?

I'm going to put the strimmer and lawn mover back in the shed, lock it, and throw away the key. The grass can grow as long as it likes from now on.

jno, goats aren't as plentiful as they once were. But you've gave me an idea. I'll get in touch the the local farmers union and ask if there are any shepherds who'd like to feed a few sheep at my expense.

Cupid, it's only a flymo. It'd be a job to sit on that.
Danny, there is a neighbour who'd do it but the price to be paid would be having to listen to his incessant chatter.
DT fan, 'smoking' brought to mind a flamethrower. But it'd be too drastic.
