Right...at last. IF they are not in the groin...they are almost certainly lipomas (Fatty innocent, benign growths). No big deal and do not need treatment. IF they are in the groin, then they are lymph glands, again usually no big deal.. IF still worried, then see you GP. In answer to your OP....."No, they are not ganglions"

which part of your leg, raised lumps, coloured? Ganglions appear near joints. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/excisionofganglion/Pages/Introduction.aspx
I doubt it.......never seen a ganglion on a leg.

not near a joint .skin colour , no pain. have 2 same leg, have had them a month

Where are they? Are they soft or hard? Are they IN the skin or under it?

I've got one - my GP looked at it and (as sqad says) wasn't bothered, just said to keep an eye on it.
