Aswagandha - Must It Be Taken With Milk?

i have just got some of this and it says on it 'take with milk' ...

it doesnt say 'preferably with milk' or give any other options - seems a bit unusual, so does anyone know why?

i dont have any milk and dont intend to buy any - i never buy milk, as i rarely use it

can i take it with water?

I found this site -

It says this -

"While traditionally taken with milk, Ashawagandha can also be taken with warm water, whether it is in tablet or powder form."
Yes you can take it with the water also, there is no problem.
