So, apparently today is Earth Day.

As we have the only Green Party MP in the country, I suppose I should've noticed a bit sooner.

Maybe I'll pop downstairs and plant a tree, or something.

Although I haven't got a tree.

I might have some limes in the kitchen. I could plant one of those.

I didn't really understand what cracking was until cazza got arrested, and I looked it up.

I thought she was jolly, standing there protesting loudly, and getting her collar felt.

I didn't know it was Earth Day, it hasn't been given much of a fanfare. We should have been woken by stalwarts of the Earthmoving Society with rousing choruses, broadcast every 25 mins on the airwaves to encourage us to keep us busy in our allotments in reverence to Mother Earth. Gawd bless 'er.
