I read somwhere that being stressed/uptight/worried etc actually produces harmful chemicals in the body as opposed to being relaxed/happy which produces helpful chemicals. Can anyone explain the biochemistry of this please?? P.S I know about the effects on the heart/blood vessels, I want to know about actual chemical production due to stress. Thx
