I've just dyed my hair and have a serious stain around my hairline, is there any way to get rid of it quick.

John Frieda, sort it out!!!

Thanks for any answers.

I seem to remember someone saying hairspray can work :0/

Worth a go if you have some to hand

Lol I am about to do mine too ;-)

I use a net bag or an exfoliator and get rid of it that way
Jut had a Google... bored at work lol Toothpaste?
Still bored! Bleach apparently as well... though not all at the same time!
I`d just get a wet flannel, dipped in soap and scrub away at it.

Lol, I'll be red raw by the time I'm finished.

Right so hairsray, exfoliator, toothpaste, bleach and soap.

If I'm not on later you'll probably find me in the A & E at Harlow.

Thanks all :-)
They used to say cigarette ash on damp cloth worked!
What about nail varnish remover, dabbed on cotton wool?

Unless you've also got a cut on your head, then I don't recommend it, it'll hurt like buggery!

I've just noticed I got a big blob on the carpet, OH is not going to be pleased :)
Ha ha. It reminds me of me the last time I dyed my hair. I used waterproof eye make up remover to help get rid of it. Also, I noticed later on that the walls in the bathroom had little splashes of colour on them (dark brown). Managed to get rid of them with Mould and Mildew remover. Can't get rid of the stains off the loo seat though. Probably have to buy a new one because, as you can guess, it looks rather suspect!
CD has just dyed her hair so I shall be spending this weekend removing blobs of 'ruby black' from various walls, door handles, tiles, carpets, the shower cubicle, the cat etc. etc.
hairspray works. used by hairdressers .
Just a couple of washes should do the trick.

For once in my life I thought ahead and dyed mine on Wednesday :-)

Wish I'd thought ahead, I leave everything til the last minute, still got nails to do lol :)

Snags, how do you get it out of the carpet? It's worse than I thought, one big blob and a few speckles.
Baby oil works.
I did mine last night and got rid of the stain with a net scrunchy and shampoo
I did mine last night.

there seems to be a theme here....... ;o)
mmmmmm what can it be - I did my eyebrows the night before though!

What brand do you use fgt? I normally use Garnier Nutrisse and that comes off after the next wash, but this is just ridiculous.
