Which is the most effective spray or gel to relieve leg muscle and tendon pain, please? I have tried "Deepfreeze" and "Voltarol" with limited success.

I am not a fan of gels and sprays for muscular disorders, but in answer to your question, should I need one, then Ibroleve ( Ibuprofen) would be my gel of choice.

I agree with Squad. I have a stretched tendon in my foot and Ibuprofen gel really does work. You must take the time to rub it right into the skin. good luck
