Our 3 year old is now I to a 6th day of fever. The only thing that stops it is anvil. Is this a really bad sign? We have been to 2 separate doctors 1 prescribed anti biotics and then the other one said he didn't need them. What do we do? He is on within himself but he has a bad chesty cough and his fever keeps returning
