they are a bugger aren't they? Some people say that having cool legs really help (either the use of cooling gel, or just having them out of the covers etc) mine certainly seem worse if it's hot. It's the odest feeling and so difficult to explain i think!
Mine are definitely worse when my legs/feet are hot. I have layers on the bed so I can change depending on how warm I am and always have a window open. I also have a humidifier I can set to blow cool air for say an hour so it isn't on all night and have cooling gels and pain gel. I tend to have painkillers before I go to bed now (though not for that) which helps. I also try to keep my legs raised and keep a pillow at the end of the bed to put my feet on - usually one with a silky kind of pillowcase as it's cooler (similar with my bedding).
