Hi Parkdale. Thanks for asking - that's very thoughtful :)
Nose is fine. I felt like a right plonker at the school this morning though. Must have told the story a hundred times!
I decided to take the packs out of my nostrils this afternoon, as I didn't like the feeling of not being able to breath out of my nose. Big mistake - it was like opening flood gates!! I was a bit panicked, but it eventually calmed down. My work sent me a nice bunch of flowers this morning, which cheered me up.

That's thoughtful of them Bluestone. I don't think your nostril will get bigger slinky. Just make sure you don't get any wads stuck up there.
