Back pain, sore breasts, flutter in belly

Last week, all of a sudden, I developed lower back pain. I've been in so much pain since. Also last week, my breasts started to feel sore and sensitive. They still feel like that. And then earlier on today, I felt a strange sensation in my lower belly. Like a fluttery feeling.
I'm due my period this week.
Could these be early signs of pregnancy?

Agree with bedknobs too - impossible to feel pregnancy flutters that early

but back pain and sore boobs could be that, and the rise in temp. Test a week after late period.

I've had lower back pain, sore boobs, a tingling pins and needles sensation in my nipples. No sign of a period period yet, but two tests have come back negative.

Like 4get said, wait a week and take another test.

We still don't know for certain if it was successful, Eccles.

They cancelled the clinic the other week and still haven't sent a new appt.
