I really dont feel so well

I was sick last night :0/ uurgh

Tried to have a nap there (most will remember its when i try to sleep that sometimes i get a bit panicy)

I was half asleep....but my heart races like anything and i literally feel as if its going to thud out of my chest...can hear it in my ears!

Then that freaks me out an the cycle begins!

Not feeling too panicy at all or too sicky...but should i still be getting this whilst taking 3x propranolol a day!?

I havent checked my pulse to see if its normal...(i will) but my heart just feels so strong i can hear it in my ears...feels horrible x

Personally hun I would not take your pulse, put low music on and try to drift off, were you out or up late?? I get pounding heart if over tired too.

I did doze...but i was aware of that the whole time...so ive given up!!

Not really mamya...wasnt out clubbing etc...was out for 1hr then went to a friends, came home, half fell asleep and woke up with my heart pounding and was eventually physically sick! Then slept for about 7hrs...

I feel dead shakey and i mentioned before its like i can feel the adrenaline!! Im just lying watching tv! Xxx

Maybe the Propanolol does not agree with you - nausea/vomiting ,trouble sleeping and vivid dreams are possible side effects, I think you must discuss with your GP again.

I list the advice of Medicine net, tinks:

"Tell your doctor immediately if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: shortness of breath, blue fingers/toes, swelling ankles/feet, mental/mood changes (e.g., depression), numbness/tingling of arms/legs, very slow heartbeat, fainting, decreased sexual ability, unexplained/sudden weight gain, increased thirst/urination.Tell your doctor immediately if any of these rare but very serious side effects occur: easy bruising/bleeding, signs of infection (e.g., fever, persistent sore throat), aching/swollen joints.A very serious allergic reaction to this drug is rare. However, seek immediate medical attention if you notice any symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including: rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), severe dizziness, trouble breathing."

I know it is....im not particularly worried about it!...theyre helping me though...mabye just having an off day or something....and i just like to chat it out on here...lol

Mabye ill go make a cup of tea and have a bath...i dont feel overly anxious about anything....just dont really like that feeling of the adrenalin running through me when im just sitting lol xxx

Thanks DT....none of those except numb right arm and heavy right arm...quite sore actually but i just put it down to my body playing tricks with me and ignored it and it went away lol....its transferred itself to my left shoulder...thats killing me! When i sneeze i could cry! Again...just think im a bit tense thats all. Not particularly worried about it or anything :0)

Tony....been told i have an anxiety disorder. Was firstly about dying when im older, which went to thinking i can drop dead at anypoint! Lol i know its irrational and silly.

I mostly panic at night or when im tired ....so at night i begin to tense up because im scared ill panic......the tablets are helping and am awaiting councelling which i feel really positive will help...so im getting there :0) xx

I was just going to say that it could be side effects from the propranolol. I know it's not useful telling you to try and chill because it doesn't work like that :| xxx

again, get you're meds checked out, they can be giving you additional probs

to the ones that you have mentioned before.

I know what you mean erin...im not feeling so anxious just now...im just feeling a bit crappy and not sure my heart should be racing as much as it is...its nit pleasant xx
