I hate driving through Darwen in Lancashire im sure its a place where n*b heads go to drive! Road etiquette is sadly lacking ! I really didnt know that pulling out of a side road when there is oncoming traffic gives them right of way!!!

Baldric, believe it or not London I did not mind, I was on the HGVs at that time, Everyone cuts you up, everyone knows where they are going & fck you jack was their motto, but the traffic kept moving, cutting in on each other was an excepted way to drive.

The only reason not too much bad happens is the speeds are slow.

I can't tell you how many drivers have been squashed on that York Street roundabout, Baldric, by HGVs belting along trying to catch their ferry... not a pleasant experience being on the outside lane with that lot.

Those of us who live in a holiday resort learn to be patient in the season and never assume some benighted soul isn't coming down a one way street the wrong way.
