The smallest bone is in the ear...
largest in terms of longest and probably largest diameter is the femur. The pelvis might be put forward for largest in area except it is actually 3 bones
The largest is the Femur the smallest is the stapes, sometimes called the stirrup, one of the 2 bones of the inner ear.
There are 3 bones in the inner ear and they are the three smallest in the body - sorry loosehead a correction not a criticism.
3 bones of middle ear = malleus, incus & stapes or hammer, anvil & stirrup.

Yes Gef but the stapes is the smallest of the 3 so it's the smallest in the body. What do you mean a correction, there can only be one smallest bone so what are you correcting.
