Tender Breasts and arm

Hi all, often a week before my perios I had tender breasts. I haven't had a period for a while now and for the last three weeks my breasts have been so tender I cry when I take my bra off, my right arm is also painful to raise, any ideas anyone? Many thanks

I had similar and mine was hormonal and went after next period but please see your GP

It is almost certainly hormonal, so why not try Ibuprofen 400mgms for the pain and monitor the situation for a couple of weeks.

Just in case you are pregnant, don't take any pain killers, especially Ibuprofen.

There is no evidence in properly conducted therapeutic trials that Ibuprofen in any way compromises the health of the baby.

There is a "suggestion" that in the 3rd trimester that Ibuprofen may be harmful to the baby but certainly not after one or two doses.

Nevertheless Sqad, it is not recommended during pregnancy!!!
Why take something if it is potentially unsafe to an unborn baby, when there are safe alternatives?
