blocking out noise

My Neighbours dogs are always barking I want to block there barking out of my mind can anybody help or advice me where to get some information many thanks Gary

Contact the environmental health section at your council. It is anti social behaviour and they are not allowed to let their dogs bark. You will probably find that other people have complained too! Plus it is really cruel on the poor dogs. They bark cos they are so bored. Phone the RSPCA too!

I find that if I shout "shut up" out the window really loudly our next door's yappy dogs usually do.

Before contacting the environmental health can't you speak to your neighbours and ask them nicely to keep their dogs quiet rather then upseting them by calling the RSPCA etc?
