Had a bout of flu which cleared up a couple of weeks ago, but in the last few days, had a very irritating feeling in my throat - it feels like a hair or something stuck?!

I've investigated, can't see anything, so im drinking loads, used mouthwash, nothing shifting it. I've seen that this can be a possible effect of heartburn/acid reflux, which I've suffered with a bit recently.

Any other ideas, any suggestions? I feel fine otherwise.

Any difficult in swallowing?
Any voice change?
Any earache?

If the answer to the 3 above questions is NO....then it could be GERD,,,,,,,,Google it.

Answer was no to those 3 so I googled it, thanks sqad. I honestly don't know if it fits GERD, my heartburn has stopped and the main problem is this irritation - honestly feels like there's a hair stuck on the back of my tongue or throat
jb.....OK.......nothing sinister comes to mind.

You need to see a doctor who can have a look.
