Ok I have mega Vit C and Zinc, 1000mg Echinacea,500mg Vit b complex,1 a day Have been eating homemade chicken and potato soup,My fluid intake is good, Have been eating olive oil and just had 3 cloves of raw garlic! Why do I still feel like crap? What am I missing guys?

Well I am a man and it does seem to have the usual symptoms aches, pains, light head, blocked sinus, loss of smell/taste.
