Hi there!
I'm in my 40's and my bum has disappeared! I don't quite know when it happened but I don't like it! Is there an exercise I can do to get some kind of shape back in that area. I hate it because when I by trousers the bum part is a bit baggy...NOT flattering!

I would love a bigger bum serendipity2! Mine's not exactly flat but I would just like a nice round bum!! I am not sure that exercise would help (I might be wrong) but there are supposedly some nice Knicks that you can buy that lift and shape.
Sometimes though Molly we have to accept the shape we were given. We can tone and firm and do the best with what we have. I would like some more flesh on my bum -something nice and soft to sit on!! I have very little flesh on my hips as well. I would love a more hour glass shape.
I wear Birkenstocks Molly that are meant to be good for toning your legs and bum! (apart from the fact that they are super comfortable on my painful feet)
Thanks lots everyone...I'll try those squats and lunges...it's not that I want a bum that I never had to begin with...I just lost it somewhere between the ages of 30 and 40 lol!
