I absolutely love a massage but I havent had one for years. When we went to Singapore we had a reflexology massage on our legs and feet. It was agony when he ran his knuckle on my instep and then up my calf, but I felt better when he'd finished.

Used to do friends etc all the time,, I have very strong but gentle hands apparently. Actually hate it myself. The warm pebble thing is lovely though if you put them on the places where there is most tension
