Today I noticed that I have a small blue bruise on the underside of my left arm at the top, it also has some smaller purple marks that look a bit like bruises but seem to be nearer the surface of the skin than the bigger one. I can't imagine knocking this part of my arm unintentionally and don't remember anything happening which could case a bruise here. Is there anything to explain it?

Sorry sophie - to be serious - I have had those little bruises on the inside of my upper arm, and can never really know how I have done it.

I always put it down to a type of pinching of the skin. Perhaps against the wire in the bras.

f.o.a Sqad - I did realise you were bleedin joking and I do get it (quite frequently actually !) - now go and have a lie down in a dark room. ha ha ha !
Maybe it was the result of some drunken S&M games you forgot about?
