Chronic earache........

For the last week or so I have had really bad pains in my ears. My head feels hot to the touch, and it makes me screw my eyes up its so bad. Not been to the doc as I never do, I am the opposite to a hypachondriac. It feels a bit like when I had sinusitis. Wondered if there was any advice out there, apart from going to the doc.?

No... you NEED to go to the doctor. Lots of people on here could guess at what is wrong with you but you need to be diagnosed by a doctor.

Cheekychops is right, you need to see your GPso that he can take a better history than you have given. Yes, it could be chronic sinusitis but as an outside chance, it could be hyperte nsion.
