headache when i ejaculate

for the past 4 months when i ejaculate the pain in my head is herendous and i then have a headache which lasts for hours i can feel the build up in my head while making love or masturbating and then.instant headache stabbing behind left eye,........ bit embarrassed about going to doctors 35 year old and healthy!
