If I have this conviction then your son will be fine. Do you mean that your son has this conviction? If so, he will be illegible for the visa waiver program and will have to get a visa.

I don't think they will stop him boarding the plane, but he will probably be re-boarding it again shortly after landing. LMAO Laura-sakura - No doubt some people will blame the parents - can't think why myself.
