do any of you women out there suffer from severe pms? a few days before my period i get incredibly depressed. I sit and cry and i have no idea why. i get really sensitive and i become a real bitch too and completely anti social. i feel like a completely different person. im on the pill logynon. could that be why i have such mood swings around that time of month. or am i lacking a certain vitamin? any help with this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, but now I'm pregnant, it's great, haven't had a bout of PMS for over 4 months and I feel like a different person.

I came off the pill years ago, because I genuinely believe it made me severely depressed, to the point of contemplating suicide. I think it's a terrible invention and messes up your whole system.

If you haven't already tried, try Agnus castus, it can help balance out hormones.
I can get it really bad too. I often want to clean everything in site as well.
This month I have had it real bad. Couldn't stop eating rubbish which made me sick, then I got all tearful then agitated.
Now I am on my period I just wanted to cry last night and feel drained.
Luckly I don't get as bad every month.
I find eating healthy and exercise help and taking vitamins

My doctor suggested oil of evening primrose and it made a fantastic difference. Best price probably from zipvit.co.uk
I take one evening primrose oil capsule EVERY day, and it has made a HUGE difference to me - just ask Mr Spudqueen and the kids! I'm a much nicer person now, every day of the month!
