i had what a doctor said was a ring worm he gave me medication so i used it and when ever it healed and the ring worm came back and hair grew in the place where i put the medication what should i do?????

Go and see a doctor! Maybe ask for a referral to a dermatologist.

ANY,The ringworm should'nt come back if your GP's treated you! I picked up one of those when I was in hospital would you believe,its a parasite. It usually appears on the inside of your elbow about the size of a �2 piece? Go back to your GP.
