4 stone in 4 months is very quick.i lost 4 stone but it took me 10 months to lose 3 and a half stone and another to months to loose the last half stone.also loosing weight too fast makes it harder to maintain.natalie cassidy who was sonia in eastenders lost over 3 stone in a few months and shes piled almost all of it back on.the best way to loose weight is to eat less and eat more healthy food and do more exercise.u dont need to use a gym just more walking helps and short jogs if u can manage it.theres mo magic cure and pills only get prescribed if your at a very high weight with a high bmi.sorry i cant help much but it takes times to loose weight

try 'fat burner foods' by Dr carolyn Shreeve. you can get the book on ebay dead cheap. it was designed in oz for those who are v v v obese and need to lose weight for an op v quick.
its two weeks onand two weeks stabiliser plan. in the two weeks on you can lose up to a stone.
i have done it! its a bit soupy and samey but does the job.

Eating less and exercising more will help you lose weight and sustain it. Personally I can vouch for Body Pump classes, I was going to one or two per week and dropped a whole dress size in the space of a month; I never went by weight because I was building muscle and my body shape totally changed. My confidence soared and I felt so much better about myself and was still able to eat "naughty" foods because I was burning calories at my classes.
Sadly, since then I have had a baby and am now two sizes bigger than I was to start with LOL, but I vow to start again soon!

nat what exactly are pump classes. Sounds a bit like lots of people in one room pumping. smeeeeeeelllly
