Its not just those two things it lots but i cant remember them.
Hi tamirra - Over the last few months I've had numerous tests re. extreme tiredness. I have a thyroid condition so that was the first thing they checked on to see I hadn't gone underactive. One blood test that has come back not right was my B12 reading. Look up underactive thyroid & also B12 deficiency. The NHS website is a good source. Look at the symptoms of both. In any case, you're doctor will have covered these I think xxx

Hi, yes these have both been considered also, diabetes, liver function, and something to do with protein, will look up this website too, thank you. x
I'm 41 and I'm going through exactly the same thing.
This morning I decided to cut my fingernails, went into the kitchen to get the scissors, and forgot why I had gone in there.
I have had every blood test under the sun - all negative.
I have also had an abdominal scan -all fine.
I have been to ENT at the hospital, they have been referred to a Sleep Clinic, where they will test me for, among other things, sleep apnoea, which is where you regulary stop breathing through the night. It is possible to sleep for
eight hours but not feel rested in the morning.
Question Author
Hi Mattie, thats weird i was only saying to my mum the other day that i think i may have sleep apnoeia because i know for a fact that i make myself jump many times in the night with very lound all of a sudden snoring or holding my breath then making a sudden noise that wakes me up, which i think is maybe when i stop breathing, do you think this could be what it is? Thanks for your answer it may have helped a lot. xx
