am getting married in 8 weeks and need to lose at least a stone, please can someone help me,

Eat less.

Move more.
Do lots of swimming for toning, some pilates for posture and tone and drink lots of water to decrease bloating.
live on chinese noodles or curry and rice.............have u noticed people from FE are quite slim........eat their diets!

I safely lost a stone in about two weeks when I realised I topped 16 stone.

What did I do??

Simply ate salads and fish and cut out the booze. simple as that.

In your predicament, you don't want to lose muscle mass and the first 1/4 of a stone will be water retention only. So aim for 1 1/4 stone. (about 18llbs)

Therefore 18lbs equals 63000 kcals.

divided by 56 days equals 1125 negative kcals per day.


So.............................................

You should be eating 2000 kcals a day if you are a normal woman.

Follow these tips and the weight will fall off no probs in 8 weeks.

1) Drink an extra litre of water a day (net loss 100 kcals a day)

2) Replace ONE meal with three pieces of ANY fruit. (net loss 300 kcals a day)

3) Cut out ALL booze and drink diet pop. (depends on your intake, but say one glass of wine = 150 kcals).

4) If you can hack it replace ALL spuds with green veg (net loss 200 kcals a day)

5) Eat fish or chicken (without skin) instead of all red meat (net loss 100-150 kcals per day).

6) Have a treat (crisps, choc etc only every other day (net loss 250 kcals a day)

7) Exercise, exercise exercise. Even housework, simple walking, diy, ANYTHING and in 8 weeks you will lose ALL the weight you require, maybe even more. Dead easy really, no?
If no one has already said, try Juicing. have a self made fruit juice for breakfast and a vegetable one for lunch and then a healthy low carb meal in the evening, before 8pm.

Also do cardio 3 times per week and high rep resistance workout. You will probably lose a stone in less than 8 weeks, but it will be hard to stick to.
