I read in a magazine the other day that too much Vitamin E can cause heart disease, so maybe you should think about taking an Omega 3 capsule instead.

Hi Jillius,
Thanks for that. The reason I wanted to take Vit E was because I am going on a long flight in August and I read that Vit E was good for jumpy leg syndrome, which is really worrying me, having to sit for so many hours.
Oooh I tried the Seven Seas Omega 3, and burped fishy smells all day, I couldnt take it.

For your long flight keep talking short walks and do the feet and leg exercised, they give you a wee chart thing to follow.

OK thanks re the walking and excercises, just thought by getting something into the blood stream, it might take away that horrible pretty undescribable feeling that jumpy legs give you.
If you are on medication, have a word with your doc before taking vitamins. I know that with some medication, like Warfarin, you can't take any vitamins at all. Good luck and enjoy your flight. and holiday
