What is it ?

My dad recently has been getting pains in the middle of his chest. The doctor said he thought it might be his lungs and he hasnt been sent for tests.

He has shooting pains up and down his arms and they both ache, as well as his shoulders.

Any ideas ???

Could be a whole host of things, including strained chest muscles, trapped nerve and even reflux.

As he is worried, he needs to go back to his doctor and insist on tests and/or a referral to a consultant.

Hmm I would get your dad to the hospital asap, sounds like the heart to me, anything with chest pain and shooting pains in the arms is definately to do with the heart! cant believe his doctor didnt investigate further! Dont leave it!!! Hope your dad will be ok -x-
