testicle

i have a round ball in my scrotem about 5mm wide its a perfect ball its bin there for years and gradually got bigger its not connected to my actual ball big its got a like thin wire goin to it which i think is how it grows what should i do and what is it

Go see a doctor, even if its nothing its better to be safe than sorry.
The Channel 4 programme "Embarassing Illnesses" has a video on what to look out for on its website

it's probably a benign cyst which will either reabsorb or need to be removed. either way, go and see your doctor as soon as possible and put you mind at rest.

Sounds like a spermatocoel or other cyst of the testis which are all benign (not cancerous) Go to see your GP, but by your description of the problem it is not cancerous so please do not worry.

sounds very much like what I had as a teenager...a cyst.
Had mine removed by surgery.Get it checked.
