Mini oedema is accumulation of fluid in body tissue and causes are many depending on which area of the body it affects. Even medication can cause it so ask your GP, please.

Oculist is quite correct, although oedema usually refers to the leg and ankle of which the causes are many e.g kidney problems, heart problems, blood disorders etc. You need a medical checkup
