Raynards?

Hi.
One of my toes has been numb for about a month and the one next to it has a blue tinge.
It doesn't hurt which is why I haven't doen anything about it.
I mentioned it to a colleague and they said it sounds like raynards...whatever that is... any ideas? x

I think you mean Raynauds.
I don't know too much about it but if you do a Google....
I have Raynauds and it is incredibly painful at times.

My fingers and toes in the left foot go white with cold (even it hot weather), go numb and then after a period of minutes or hours go bright red and very very painful.
