perhaps you could lose weight if it is fat that makes your face so round or maybe consider plastic surgery?

Try different ways of shading with makeup to make your face look longer and thinner. Google for make up tips

You can't really change the actual shape of your face.

Even when I had lost loads of weight I still had a round face ~ although a beauty therapist I used told me it is 'heart shaped'.

If it is any consolation you will probably look younger than anyone with a long, thin face. They tend to get wrinkles a lot earlier!

Weight loss, makeup and plastic surgery are your only hope.
