Depakote/Anxiety

Advised last Friday to increase Depakote from 1000 mg per day to 1500 mg. I know it's kicked in because I haven't felt with it for the last few days...
I have a "tight" feeling at the bottom of my throat/top of my chest which comes and goes. This started on Tuesday and the episodes are lasting longer:
Anyone else experienced this side effect of Depaote? Could it be anxiety attacks? (bit wound up at work too) Any words of comfort?!!!
N.B. no, it's not a pain that's spreading through my jaw and left arm, intensity doesn't increase with breathing or exercising.
