Hi all, Mr flump was starting to eat his evening meal which was served piping hot , when suddenly after a couple of mouthfuls he felt nauseous and did indeed vomit. No pain or warning signs , just instant nausea. After vomiting he felt fine and was able to continue his meal after about ten minutes when the food was cold. It has happened to him before when he tried to eat a bowl of stew served very hot. Is there a reflex of some kind that protects the stomach from too much hot food? Or does anyone have any ideas what might be the cause? He is feeling fine now ,we are puzzled and a touch concerned.
