I have taken up Tae Kwon Do in the last 6 month and as yet I haven't lost weight as such, but have lost just over a dress sizes and about 8" due to toning up, Beyonce got nothing on me.

What I would like to know, if I am taking this strenuous exercise (my classes start 6.00pm - 7.30pm, 3 times a week) should I eat before or when I come home, when is the best time to help burn the most calories??

After because you metabolism will be higher and you'll feel less hungry. Eating before strenuous exercise is not a good idea anyway unless its simple carbohydrates.

id say definatly after as wen youve jus exercised your body will burn off the calories in the food more. But on the other hand you shouldnt do exercise wen completly empty and hungry not only u run the risk of fainting and having no energy.
