Green Ghost - Horror movie title missing!

There was a movie with a green blurry ghost (i think it was green), saw it years back, I know what you want to answer, but sadly, its not the famous movie "The Entity".

Two scenes i can remember clearly:
- Family went somewhere else to eat, they were eating on a outdoor benches/stools and the ghost followed them there.
- One the end of the movie, there is a surprising end where the main character hears her daughter(?) calling her but its the ghost imitating her.

I *think* this was a TV-movie.

Title missing, been desperately trying to browse IMDB. Any help would be appreciated.

Whickerman's right, It was The Haunted a made for tv film based on a real life family's experiences. I recall the wife's name being Janet.
