We're told that eating plenty of omega 3 will clean our arteries from the bad cholestrol we eat. Does anyone know if it's a health hasard to eat so much that we don't have any bad cholestrol left? I'd also like to know other than the spreads available and eating oily fish where else we can get Omega 3. Hope you can help.

The score you are given as a cholesterol level is a ratio of good to bad cholesterol(yes there is a difference!), the lower your score the better , but you will never get to zero because it is also created in the body. Keep on trying to lower your score if you want, it can't kill you.
