Sqad - I do still have some swelling on my head for quite a while now. Last night before going to bed I am getting swoshing sound of like water in my ear.

Is there anything I could buy in the Chemist. Thanks

I shouldn't buy anything from the chemist.
Nothing sinister comes to mind and am confident that all will settle.
In my opinion, no need to seek medical advice.
