I went for my routine eye check up and my eye doctor gave me wrong prescription and hence the glasses were made wrong , although the optical company had one time replacement policy so i replaced it however the prescription is still wrong and i am not seeing well and the company wont replace them for free. Can i ask my doctor for refund or the claim for glasses? ( both of them under 30 days)

Which company did you use? A similar thing happened to Husband recently and Specsavers changed the glasses for no extra cost.
I'm wondering which country you're in. This website is UK-based. Things might be different if you're elsewhere in the world. (The reason I suspect that you're not in the UK is that we don't normally use the term 'eye doctor' to refer to someone who carries out a routine eye test. That's an 'optician' here).

In the UK though, the person who carried out the test (or the company that he/she works for) is legally responsible for paying compensation for any financial loss that you might suffer through a failure on their part. So that's who you ought to be chasing up.
