I like most cheese, but nothing beats a nice mature cheddar
I like Cheese with fruit in so my favourite is probably Wensleydale with Cranberries and a soft cheese with garlic and herbs. Cheddar is great for cheese on toast though :)
Really ripe Camembert.
I like most cheeses but like kvalidir I like them with fruit.
emmental is one of them, but stinking bishop, a strong sharp cheddar, moz, taleggio, camembert, brie, garlicky cheeses, a nice fresh goats cheese

i love cheese, i don't like fruity cheeses but i like cheese with fruit
Roquefort.
Stilton with grapes or apple. Fruit really compliments strong cheeses.
i love figs with moz
Emmental, Gruyere and Camembert (deep fried) is gorgeous but I do also like cheddar
Hmmm....Mozzarella, figs, parma ham and basil...yum.
I like most unadulterated cheeses. If I wish to add stuff to it I can do that for myself, although I do try the added extra stuff on occasion, diet allowing. I do avoid veined cheese though. It may be psychological but the texture reminds me of having a heavy cold. And knowing I am deliberately eating something that has gone mouldy, well it's just wrong. One doesn't eat green furry bread, why would one eat cheese in the same condition.
St Agur
I like most cheeses. Cant beat a good strong cheddar but I also don't like cheese with added bits of fruit and things.

Hate cheese...
Jarlsberg, camembert (especially hot), wensleydale with any fruit in, halloumi.
Our overall favorite here in the U.S. is Jarlsberg… but absolute favorite cheddar is an import from Ireland (who'da thunk?). The brand favored is Kerrygold, especially their Dubliner Premium Aged Cheddar...
Manchego
Vintage Mature Cheddar, so strong it bites you back.
I like pretty much all artisan made cheeses. Cow, sheep or goat, hard, soft, semi-soft, veined or not. I like to eat cheeses local to wherever I am.

I avoid the mass produced stuff and any cheese with fruit in though.

Having said that I've had a strange fancy for a dairylea triangle of late!
