Throughout my life I have very rarely had headaches, but recently I've been getting them more and more often. They are not severe enough for me to take painkillers so I just ride them out. Any ideas on why I'm getting them now and would this be something to worry about or go to my GP for?

Have you changed anything recently like changing to artificial sweetners or change in contraceptive pill or anything like that? Both gave me much more frequent headaches.
Could be high blood pressure, my hubby suffered for years with headaches, until he went to see doctors and they tested his blood pressure, it was high. Beta blockers soon sorted him out. Our daughter suffered at 17, went to doctors they only tested her pressure due to her dad having a history, it was high. Course of beta blockers for 6 months sorted her out. Been fine since.

Will do Postie x

I've been using sweetners for years Eve and haven't been on the pill since I found out I was pregnant. Haven't changed my diet lately. Trying to drink more water and other fluids though.

Will ask about blood pressure when I go to my GP.

Thanks again all x
