I've just wandered down to get a paper before they sell out.

Question on the front of today's Guardian ...

"Is Cara the new Kate?"

Surely there are only 10 possible answers ...

1. Yes

2. Yah Haaa!

3. Obviously

4. Duuh!

5. Is that a serious question?

6. Shouldn't this be in the Daily Express?

7. Has she slept with Peter Doherty yet?

8. Or Johnny Depp?

9. Are you short of copy material today?

10. So it's a "yes" then?

Interestingly, Hadley Freeman says No!

Well, if she wants to come on here and argue that one out ...

I wonder if I've got anything in for dinner?

Is there a "tea/dinner/supper" thread today?
-- answer removed --
M&S cannelloni, salad and garlic bread
Question Author
Do you know, I haven't had cannelloni for ages.

I like cannelloni.
Question Author
Who is, triggy? Hadley Freeman?
-- answer removed --
Since I have no idea who either Kate or Cara are, I'm glad I didn't waste my money on the Grauniad today....
Question Author
Boxy, instead of the Guardian, you could've bought some cannelloni.
I don't much care for cannelloni, either :-(
Question Author
Ouch!

Speaking of the bleeding obvious ...

There's a picture on page 48 of our defender clearing the ball last night, to save the draw against Watford.

It's bleeding obvious that Watford were robbed.

Hey, don't look at me. I'm not the ref!
Fish chips n mushies.
Question Author
Cripes, boxy, you are hard to please.

We have a bountiful selection from which to choose ...

Some cannelloni ...

And a copy of The Guardian.

Surely there must be something among that lot that you like?

:0)
well, I could use the Guardian in the cat litter tray, if I must....
If you mean a rather ordinary quirky girl that has for some reason been catapulted to modelling icon then yes I suppose she is. I can at least see beauty in Kate when she was younger but Cara I do not get at all.
Oh, Right. http://www.theguardian.com/fashion/2013/oct/28/cara-delevingne-new-kate-moss

I can think of more urgent questions in most people's lives...... I have to say I don't really care about this one, they can get on with it.
Front page of i :- "80% of public want energy price freeze".

The paper is much cheaper (only 20p) and more sensible than the Guardian from the evidence here. And you can buy the cannelloni with the change.
Question Author
Ooh, interesting, canary.

The Guardian is £1.40

i is 20p

Can you get a copy of i, and some cannelloni with the change?

Anyone??
Question Author
Although,I wonder if the question on i is even more bleeding obvious?

I am interested in the 20% of the public who want their energy prices to go up.
Question Author
We are looking for cannelloni for £1.20 or less.
